I've been formally working in politics for almost three years now, although I've been involved in one way or another for almost as long as I can remember. Regarding my formal career, I got started as a canvasser for the Young Americans for Liberty-associated Make Liberty Win PAC in spring 2024 when my now-good friend Elianna recruited me as a college student to get involved with YAL. Later that summer, I was hired as a State Chair for YAL, a position I held for one academic year.
In the summer of 2025, I was recruited to work for Family Foundation of Virginia, first as an intern doing a mix of canvassing and office work, then as a full-time canvasser. Finally, I started with Massachusetts Family Action in January of 2026 in data analytics and quickly learned how to make use of complex agentic AI systems. I wanted to help other companies and ministries build the same kind of data and AI infrastructure, which was the origin of my side hustle, Rembrandt Pearl Consulting.

The Compassionate Care Coalition is a ballot committee dedicated to suspending and repealing Chapter 188 of the Acts of 2026 in Massachusetts, Maura Healey's abortion-until-birth-for-any-reason bill. As Treasurer, I manage finances and OCPF reporting, but I've also served in the informal capacity as web developer, strategic advisor, and assistant manager for the campaign.
We wouldn't be able to keep things running smoothly without him.
— Sam Miele, Chair

I started with Massachusetts Family Action in January 2026 as a part-time contractor organizing data, doing basic political research, and performing assorted menial tasks. They quickly recognized my varied talents and I was hired full-time to build complex data and AI systems, give trainings, manage apps like Numinar for our organizers and volunteers, conduct deep political research, design graphics, and more.
My Swiss army knife.
— Sam Miele, Director
I was hired as a paid summer intern by Family Foundation of Virginia's 501(c)4 partner, Family Foundation Action, in May 2025 and served in the role doing a mix of canvassing and office work such as research, graphic design, and organization strategy for two months. In August, Family Foundation Action hired me back as a full-time paid canvasser, supporting pro-life, pro-family candidates for the Virginia House of Delegates in the Richmond area.
If our candidates had your work ethic, we would have won.
— Jessi Blakely, State Director
As a State Chair for Young Americans for Liberty, I organized local events focused on small-government conservatism, led 'Student Rights Campaigns' (SRCs), mobilizing college students to create real change on their college campuses, and recruited students and other liberty-loving young Americans for regional and national events and canvassing trips.
Dedicated, capable, and inspiring.
— Tony Mesta, Director of Student Rights

This was my first paid political job. We supported pro-life, pro-family, and pro-liberty candidates in South Carolina. Canvassers were expected to knock at least 200 doors per day and conduct at least 25 voter surveys.
That was bad-ass.
— Collin O’Mealy, YAL Regional Director
My earliest experience with politics was when I knocked doors on a volunteer basis for the Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein in 2016, when I was 15 years old. In 2019, I canvassed with my dad for the presidential candidate Amy Klobuchar in the Democratic primary election, and in 2020, 2021, and 2023, I did tabling and flyering on college campuses in coordination with the pro-nuclear environmental organizations Generation Atomic and Environmental Progress to spread awareness about the benefits of nuclear energy and the harms of renewables.
